What you'll do at Cascade:

Serve the American Dream Through Affordable Home Ownership.

 

How you'll do it:

  • Contacting builders after sending Builder Modification Checklist and verbally confirm conditions outlined on checklist as well as project amenities indicated on purchase contract, approval and appraisal.
  • Working directly with builders and processors to obtain documentation needed to clear property compliance conditions as set out by the DE Underwriter.
  • Providing an updated checklist once each condition is clear. Continued communication with the builder until all compliance conditions have been approved.
  • Delegating tasks to Property Compliance Assistants to request corrections and documentation needed to clear conditions.
  • Working in correlation with the accounting team on all draws, payoffs and construction invoices.
  • Generating modification documents and overseeing the modification process.
  • Reviewing incoming conditions as submitted by processors, underwriters and assistants. Update loan approvals to identify conditions cleared and/or additional requirements.
  • Providing clear communication to builder, processor and other underwriters to ensure the accurate information is being relayed to the builder.

 

What you'll need to join Cascade:

  • At least five years professional work experience.
  • At least three years of mortgage lending experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of manufactured housing preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of internet searches, Microsoft Word and Excel, and email etiquette.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as listening, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to follow direction, but also take initiative when appropriate.
  • Interpret and make conclusions based on information available as well as prior situations.
  • Work independently and manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Must be able to think outside of the box.
  • Attention to details is essential.
  • Ability to act and demonstrate integrity and maintain high standards of conduct despite daily pressures.
  • Adjust easily to work situations based on employee, group, or business needs.
