What you'll do at Cascade:

As the Corporate Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing Corporate-wide projects according to strict deadlines. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of numerous departments in order to deliver projects according to plan. You will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.


How you'll do it:

  • Administering complex projects from initiation and planning to execution and close out.
  • Developing plans, change scheduling and logistics, analyze performance, reliability, and security.
  • Developing & Utilizing strong working relationships to ensure thorough and effective management of assigned initiatives. Work closely with executive leaders, business partners, vendors, technology, and project staff.
  • Creating & Executing project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Providing thoughtful, data-driven recommendations and/or solutions that include internal and external views.
  • Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel by identifying resources required.
  • Facilitating the communication flow of information on assigned projects.
  • Supporting the coordination of the activities of multiple Corporate-wide projects with multiple teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Working with managers to identify and resolve persistent and lingering issues.
  • Ensuring development of a comprehensive plan that incorporates deliverables, accountabilities and timelines. Provide regular status reporting and create transparency.
  • Managing project budget.
  • Tracking project milestones and deliverables.
  • Preparing for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
  • Developing & Delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.


What you'll need to join Cascade:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related major preferred.
  • Prior experience in Project Management required.
  • Ability to obtain Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in Project Management.
  • Experience in planning, budgeting, and scheduling required.
  • Strong relationship building, collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Continuous improvement mind-set and change advocate.
  • Ability to work tight deadlines and to prioritize a large number of conflicting and frequently changing priorities.
