What you'll do at Cascade:

Serve the American Dream Through Affordable Home Ownership.

 

How you'll do it:

  • Leading departmental staff. Provide guidance and effective training and cross-training to enhance efficiency and productivity of collections workflow and ensure that departmental objectives are met.
  • Coaching and counseling 6-10 team members to achieve desired performance results. Continuously communicate On Point mission, vision, strategy and operational messages.
  • Ensuring team goals are attained. Devise and maintain effective reporting/monitoring mechanisms to ensure high productivity and high quality work.
  • Planning, scheduling, leading, and evaluating effective staff meetings in support of strong communication and department effectiveness. Hold regular 1:1 meeting with employees to ensure personal and professional development.
  • Demonstrating and reinforcing expectations for excellent member service by modeling and coaching for effective behaviors.
  • Assisting team members with escalated calls and daily assigned task or strategies. Assist with team building activities or employee engagement to help maintain positive moral.

 

  • Handling complex collection, fraud, or other activities in order to protect the Companies best interests while finding feasible resolutions for all parties involved.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management.

 

 

What you'll need to join Cascade:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in mortgage collections/servicing.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a management /supervisory positon desired. Preferably in a call center environment.
  • Ability to coordinate a variety of assignments simultaneously and prioritize work assignments for self and staff.
  • Ability to exercise judgment, initiative, and tact in dealing with members, staff, co-workers, management, and outside agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
  • Collection system experience with building/maintaining queues, workflows, and tasks.
  • Solid personal computer skills in spreadsheet, database and word applications to support analysis and reporting.
  • Proven effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • High Scholl Diploma or GED preferred.
